Residential lettings services

Pathmeads has its own residential lettings team to ensure we can offer this service to any buy to let investors.

As we usually have a Property Manager on site, our:

  • Viewing times are very flexible. Furthermore, as we would be managing the building and the tenancy
  • All issues can be dealt with by us as a one stop shop, rather than a number of different parties
  • Process is simple for investor landlords and gives high levels of satisfaction to tenants.
