Repairs, maintenance and building services
- A 24 hour day-to-day responsive repair team
- We employ a team of over 60 skilled and multi-trade operatives
- We can provide all aspects of major works
- Gardening, landscaping and arboricultural services
- DDA assessment toolkit and compliance works
- Gas servicing and maintenance (CORGI registered)
- Electrical servicing, installation and maintenance (NICEIC registered)
Mechanical and electrical, plant and equipment
Maintenance of high value M&E plant and equipment will be conducted on a planned and preventative basis.
This will:
- Ensure manufacturers warranties are current and enforceable
- Extend the life of installations to their maximum potential
- Update firmware and software to latest versions
- Meet statutory obligations regarding fire and means of escape
- Maintain operative knowledge of installations
- Provide extended and out-of-hours emergency cover in the case of breakdown
- Provide maximum ‘in service’ time for all installations and reduce negative impact on customers.
Cyclical and major works
We are able to provide services for cyclical and major works, ranging from consultation through to collection of charges.
We can:
- Prepare a detailed specification of works, undertake the tendering process and supervise the works. Our contracting team can also perform the works themselves
- Undertake all aspects of the legal consultation from Notice of Intention to Notice of Reason
- Collect the charges due by apportioning, administering the sinking fund, manage payment terms and enforce non-payment of arrears.
